Constellation
It may have not gone too deep in the sense of digging up my cellar and it still provided me with a good VISUALISATION of my situation, of how I live my life.
This simple process was lead by my wife who pushed for me and her, to know a little more about this condition of mine.
Only requires someone who cares to ask a few questions and the willingness to look at ‘How is my life looking at the moment’.
The glass in front of the bottle represents me with my burden attached.
Opposite my parents, who may have been the source for my behaviour patterns. Patterns they passed down unaware and unintentionally. They are distant, as it is not their matter to deal with now, they are just part of the bigger picture.
As is my wife – the coffee cup – not really in the picture, as she can not solve that problem for me neither.
The one who is closest is my little brother, who has something I want to use as little helper on my journey. He has a quality I admire and wish for myself to have – it is the spontaneous spark, which allowed him to lead his life in a different way to me. The piece next to the glass represents this spark which I glued to my journal as an anchor (reminder) for what I desire in order to break the connection between the burden and me.
